Where and when did it begin?
MS – Madeleine Strindberg – artist, painter. Best known for exploring notions of conflict in the language of painting.
Painting - really the most important thing in my life, actually the only thing I have always wanted to do and do it, as well as possible. My work, my paintings, they come in all sizes, big and small, some have people in them some don’t, they follow my life, they take me to places I have seen, people I have met, they respond to political events that hold my interest and things that have happened to me In my life. Painting, the one certainty that would always be with me, no matter what!
But what if… the unbelievable event: I loose my eyesight.
Ms Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition which affects around 100,000 people in the UK.
Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20-40, but it can affect younger and older people too.
Roughly three times as many women have MS as men.
MS is complex, and has many symptoms. Most people won't experience them all, certainly not at the same time.
Symptoms might include fatigue, vision problems and difficulties with walking, but MS is different for everyone.
